For ready to ship items like Afro bulk hair or samples are shipped out within 2-3 working days. We need 3-4 weeks to hand make full head loc extension orders carefully so that they can be durable and look exactly like you grew them . Please do not worry if your locs are delayed within 3 days of the fulfillment time.Orders that are scheduled to be shipped during the holidays may be shipped 1-4 days after estimated ship date. Kindly wait till you receive your package before you book an appointment with your hair stylist.Kindly let us know if you would like an expedited order. Fees apply.

SHIPPING
It takes 3-7working days for delivery after your package is shipped via DHL Express. Your order will be shipped to the address selected during checkout. Please verify the correct address in advance. We are not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or any other taxes or fees. Customs fees, VAT, or any other taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your order will be updated with a tracking number as soon as it’s shipped so that you can monitor the shipping process until your order is delivered safely. Note that we are NOT responsible for any PACKAGE THEFT at your home. You are required to monitor the shipping process with your tracking number until it’s delivered. Once the tracking shows that it’s delivered, it’s considered delivered safely to you.

EXCHANGE , REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us within 3 days of delivery for an exchange. Return orders within 7 days of delivery. You can return your package for an exchange or a refund (fees that apply will be deducted)
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns for bundles that have been used or altered physically or chemically. Your package will be inspected carefully before an exchange or a refund is made. Kindly note that fees apply for order exchanges.
